libjs-jquery-isonscreen software package provides detects if an element is visible within the users current view pane, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjs-jquery-isonscreen
libjs-jquery-isonscreen is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjs-jquery-isonscreen package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjs-jquery-isonscreen *
