libjs-bootstrap software package provides HTML, CSS and JS framework, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjs-bootstrap
libjs-bootstrap is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjs-bootstrap package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjs-bootstrap *
You will get with libjs-bootstrap package name, version, architecture and description in a table
