libjpeg-turbo-progs-dbg software package provides Programs for manipulating JPEG files (debugging symbols), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjpeg-turbo-progs-dbg
libjpeg-turbo-progs-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjpeg-turbo-progs-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
