libjpa-2.1-spec-java software package provides JPA Spec 2.1 OSGi Bundle, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjpa-2.1-spec-java
libjpa-2.1-spec-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjpa-2.1-spec-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjpa-2.1-spec-java *
You will get with libjpa-2.1-spec-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
