libjmol-java software package provides Java library for molecular structures, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjmol-java
libjmol-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjmol-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjmol-java *
You will get with libjmol-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
