libjlayer-java software package provides library to decode, convert and play MP3 files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjlayer-java
libjlayer-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjlayer-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjlayer-java *
You will get with libjlayer-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
