libjing-java software package provides RELAX NG validator - library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjing-java
libjing-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjing-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjing-java *
You will get with libjing-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
