libjettison-java software package provides collection of StAX parsers and writers for JSON, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjettison-java
libjettison-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjettison-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjettison-java *
You will get with libjettison-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
