How to uninstall or remove libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja

Uninstall libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja including dependent package

If you would like to remove libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja

Use Purging libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja

If you use with purge options to libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libjenkins-htmlunit-core-js-ja
