libiscsi-bin software package provides iSCSI client shared library - utilities, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libiscsi-bin
libiscsi-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libiscsi-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libiscsi-bin *
You will get with libiscsi-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
