libisccfg90 software package provides Config File Handling Library used by BIND, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libisccfg90
libisccfg90 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libisccfg90 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libisccfg90 *
You will get with libisccfg90 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
