libipc-run3-perl software package provides run a subprocess with input/ouput redirection, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libipc-run3-perl
libipc-run3-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libipc-run3-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libipc-run3-perl *
You will get with libipc-run3-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
