libipc-filter-perl software package provides module to filter data through an external process, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libipc-filter-perl
libipc-filter-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libipc-filter-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libipc-filter-perl *
You will get with libipc-filter-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
