libio-zlib-perl software package provides virtual package provided by perl-modules, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libio-zlib-perl
libio-zlib-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libio-zlib-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libio-zlib-perl*
You will get with libio-zlib-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
