libio-handle-util-perl software package provides module providing helper functions for IO::Handle, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libio-handle-util-perl
libio-handle-util-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libio-handle-util-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
