libinstpatch-1.0-0-dbg software package provides MIDI instrument editing library - debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libinstpatch-1.0-0-dbg
libinstpatch-1.0-0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libinstpatch-1.0-0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
