libinnodb-dev software package provides Embedded InnoDB Library (dev files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libinnodb-dev
libinnodb-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libinnodb-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libinnodb-dev *
You will get with libinnodb-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
