libindigo-java software package provides Organic Chemistry Toolkit (Java package), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libindigo-java
libindigo-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libindigo-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libindigo-java *
You will get with libindigo-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
