libiml0 software package provides Integer Matrix Library, runtime files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libiml0
libiml0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libiml0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libiml0 *
You will get with libiml0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
