libimage-xpm-perl software package provides virtual package provided by libimage-base-bundle-perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libimage-xpm-perl
libimage-xpm-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libimage-xpm-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libimage-xpm-perl*
You will get with libimage-xpm-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
