You can uninstall or removes an installed libimage-magick-defaultquantum package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libimage-magick-defaultquantum

Uninstall libimage-magick-defaultquantum including dependent package

If you would like to remove libimage-magick-defaultquantum and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libimage-magick-defaultquantum
Use Purging libimage-magick-defaultquantum

If you use with purge options to libimage-magick-defaultquantum package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libimage-magick-defaultquantum

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.
