libhugs-xhtml software package provides virtual package provided by libhugs-xhtml-bundled, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhugs-xhtml
libhugs-xhtml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhugs-xhtml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhugs-xhtml*
You will get with libhugs-xhtml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
