How to uninstall or remove libhugs-quickcheck software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libhugs-quickcheck package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libhugs-quickcheck

Uninstall libhugs-quickcheck including dependent package

If you would like to remove libhugs-quickcheck and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libhugs-quickcheck

Use Purging libhugs-quickcheck

If you use with purge options to libhugs-quickcheck package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libhugs-quickcheck

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libhugs-quickcheck
