libhugs-parsec software package provides virtual package provided by libhugs-parsec-bundled, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhugs-parsec
libhugs-parsec is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhugs-parsec package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhugs-parsec*
You will get with libhugs-parsec package name, version, architecture and description in a table
