libhugs-mtl software package provides virtual package provided by libhugs-mtl-bundled, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhugs-mtl
libhugs-mtl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhugs-mtl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhugs-mtl*
You will get with libhugs-mtl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
