libhugs-hgl software package provides virtual package provided by libhugs-hgl-bundled, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhugs-hgl
libhugs-hgl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhugs-hgl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhugs-hgl*
You will get with libhugs-hgl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
