How to uninstall or remove libhttpcore-nio-java software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libhttpcore-nio-java package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libhttpcore-nio-java

Uninstall libhttpcore-nio-java including dependent package

If you would like to remove libhttpcore-nio-java and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libhttpcore-nio-java
Use Purging libhttpcore-nio-java

If you use with purge options to libhttpcore-nio-java package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libhttpcore-nio-java

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libhttpcore-nio-java
