libhttp-server-simple-psgi-per software package provides simple HTTP server with PSGI application support, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhttp-server-simple-psgi-per
libhttp-server-simple-psgi-per is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhttp-server-simple-psgi-per package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhttp-server-simple-psgi-per*
