libhttp-lite-perl software package provides lightweight HTTP implementation for perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhttp-lite-perl
libhttp-lite-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhttp-lite-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhttp-lite-perl *
You will get with libhttp-lite-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
