libhttp-exception-perl software package provides module for throwing HTTP-Errors as (Exception::Class-) Exceptions, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhttp-exception-perl
libhttp-exception-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhttp-exception-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhttp-exception-perl *
You will get with libhttp-exception-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
