libhttp-access2-ruby software package provides virtual package provided by ruby-httpclient, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhttp-access2-ruby
libhttp-access2-ruby is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhttp-access2-ruby package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhttp-access2-ruby*
You will get with libhttp-access2-ruby package name, version, architecture and description in a table
