libhtml-parser-perl software package provides collection of modules that parse HTML text documents, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhtml-parser-perl
libhtml-parser-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhtml-parser-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhtml-parser-perl *
You will get with libhtml-parser-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
