libhtml-formattext-withlinks-a software package provides Perl module to converts HTML to Text with tables intact, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhtml-formattext-withlinks-a
libhtml-formattext-withlinks-a is installed in your system.
