libhidrd0 software package provides runtime library for parsing and generating USB HID reports, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhidrd0
libhidrd0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhidrd0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhidrd0 *
You will get with libhidrd0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
