libherwig59-2-gfortran software package provides [Physics] Monte Carlo event generator simulating hadronic events, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libherwig59-2-gfortran
libherwig59-2-gfortran is installed in your system.
