libherelib-ocaml-dev software package provides virtual package provided by libhere-camlp4-dev, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libherelib-ocaml-dev
libherelib-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libherelib-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libherelib-ocaml-dev*
You will get with libherelib-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
