libgstreamer-vaapi1.0-0 software package provides GStreamer libraries from the vaapi set, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-vaapi1.0-0
libgstreamer-vaapi1.0-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgstreamer-vaapi1.0-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgstreamer-vaapi1.0-0 *
You will get with libgstreamer-vaapi1.0-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
