libgstreamer-perl software package provides Perl interface to the GStreamer media processing framework, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgstreamer-perl
libgstreamer-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgstreamer-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgstreamer-perl *
You will get with libgstreamer-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
