libgraphics-colornames-www-per software package provides module defining WWW color names and equivalent RGB values, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgraphics-colornames-www-per
libgraphics-colornames-www-per is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgraphics-colornames-www-per package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgraphics-colornames-www-per*
