libgraphics-color-perl software package provides module for manipulating colours in different colour spaces, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgraphics-color-perl
libgraphics-color-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgraphics-color-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgraphics-color-perl *
You will get with libgraphics-color-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
