How to uninstall or remove libgooglepinyin-dev software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libgooglepinyin-dev package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libgooglepinyin-dev

Uninstall libgooglepinyin-dev including dependent package

If you would like to remove libgooglepinyin-dev and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgooglepinyin-dev
Use Purging libgooglepinyin-dev

If you use with purge options to libgooglepinyin-dev package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libgooglepinyin-dev

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgooglepinyin-dev
