libgomp1-armhf software package provides virtual package provided by libgomp1, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgomp1-armhf
libgomp1-armhf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgomp1-armhf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgomp1-armhf*
You will get with libgomp1-armhf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
