libgo-perl software package provides perl modules for GO and other OBO ontologies, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgo-perl
libgo-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgo-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgo-perl *
You will get with libgo-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
