libgnutls-openssl27 software package provides GNU TLS library - OpenSSL wrapper, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnutls-openssl27
libgnutls-openssl27 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnutls-openssl27 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnutls-openssl27 *
You will get with libgnutls-openssl27 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
