How to uninstall or remove libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5

Uninstall libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5

Use Purging libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5

If you use with purge options to libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgnuradio-trellis3.7.5
