libgnome-keyring1.0-cil software package provides CLI library to access the GNOME Keyring daemon, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnome-keyring1.0-cil
libgnome-keyring1.0-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnome-keyring1.0-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnome-keyring1.0-cil *
You will get with libgnome-keyring1.0-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
