libgnome-keyring-common software package provides GNOME keyring services library - data files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnome-keyring-common
libgnome-keyring-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnome-keyring-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnome-keyring-common *
You will get with libgnome-keyring-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
