libglobus-xio-dbg software package provides Globus Toolkit - Globus XIO Framework Debug Symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglobus-xio-dbg
libglobus-xio-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglobus-xio-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglobus-xio-dbg *
You will get with libglobus-xio-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
