libglfw-dev software package provides header files and static libraries portable framework for OpenGL application development, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglfw-dev
libglfw-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglfw-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglfw-dev *
You will get with libglfw-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
