libglapi-mesa-dbg software package provides free implementation of the GL API -- debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglapi-mesa-dbg
libglapi-mesa-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglapi-mesa-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglapi-mesa-dbg *
You will get with libglapi-mesa-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
